Customer Service Representative (CSR)
CARSTAR Ancaster is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our bodyshop. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling day to day interactions with customers and insurance partners both in person and over the phone, and for assisting in managing the administrative processes involved in the auto body repair process.
We are looking for motivated Candidates who:
- have at least 3-5 years of customer service experience
- thrive in fast paced environments
- can work independently
- are highly organized
- can prioritize
- are flexible
